You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

 Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies.

Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of  sayitwithatee.com.au.

 Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  sayitwithatee.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 Days days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods and goods not decorated with custom art will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.

All refunds are made at the discretion of  sayitwithatee.com.au.

BECOMING A DESIGNER FOR SAYITWITHATEE.COM.AU By signing up as a designer for sayitwithatee.com.au you accept that only original art created by yourself, for which you own the copyright, can be uploaded and offered for sale in return for a commission through the website of sayitwithatee.com.au.

If designs that have been uploaded by a registered designer are subsequently found not to be work of the registered designer, and a breach of copyright has occured, then the registered designer will be held legally liable for all costs associated and related to this breach. 

In signing up to become a designer with sayitwithatee.com.au you are licencing sayitwithatee.com.au to reproduce your copyright material onto any items in any format that are sold through the website of sayitwithatee.com.au.  This licence can be revoked by you at any time by ceasing to continue as a designer with sayitwithatee.com.au and advising by email to admin@sayitwithatee.com.au your instruction to be removed as a designer. Sayitwithatee.com.au will then remove all your designs from sale and cease to offer your designs for sale.
